Delivery Process & Duration

- We pack it securely.

We Ship Your Order (Day 2-5):
- You receive the shipping confirmation.
- Related tracking information provided.
- Link to track the order is sent.
Parcel Is Delivered (Day 12):
- Parcel is delivered within 12 business days.
2. Route Selection
- Our dedicated shipping & delivery team chooses the safest and fastest route for each parcel based on your location.
3. Parcel Dispatch
- Your parcel is then dispatched from our warehouse to the respective shipping courier for delivery to your doorstep.
- At this time, an automated email containing your tracking information should have been sent to your email address registered upon checkout.
Note: If you do not receive any updates on your tracking information beyond our processing time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The duration of delivery refers to the duration of your parcel’s transit from our warehouse to your doorstep. This does not include the processing time of your order.
